Hunter did my inspection. I grew up working with my parents on rentals most of my life. I knew what I was looking for and knew what I needed looked at. He had a great personality and did not mind me asking 100 questions. He thoroughly checked everything and gave updates as he was going. He explained things to me when I didn't understand it. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector. He also saved me from buying a house that could have potentially cost me a lot of money. I'll definitely be back as my house hunting isn't done and I know I'll need another inspection. Thank you Hunter for doing a exceptional job. You made my decision easy although it's hard to walk away from a house. I appreciate your help and honesty more than you know. Look forward to seeing you at my next inspection. I had a great experience with AHI. They had excellent pricing and availability for the inspection. Hunter and David were prompt and thorough in conducting the inspection. Afterwards, they explained what they found while showing me the report. I plan to use them again in the future and would highly recommend their work to others!

Very helpful and willing to patiently answer any questions you have. Truly felt like I had someone looking our for my best interest on a new construction home.
