        Terrible service. Took a month to receive my order. Frustrated, my doctor's office had to step in before I finally received my supplies. Would not recommend.

        Not customer support. I sent them a perscriptiion on did receive a equipment. Some of what I received was not correct. I did get the correct pap but it was configured incorrectly. Only found out after trying to use it the first night and felt like I was suffocating. Tried getting help with both problems but no luck their. They charge $400 over retail value saying that was contracted with the insurance comapny. Also no support seems forthcoming for how to use the machine properly. Called the manufacturer and their point me back to Apria for support or file a complaint with the insurance company.

        Apria Healthcare is charging your insurance company twice the market value for their products, dont believe me check other options and Amazon for the same product you are ordering from Apria. I will let the insurance company sort the overcharges, but will not be using them in the future.
