Horrible customer service. Got a new CPAP. Was not provided a mask. Told that it would be mailed to me. They mailed it to the wrong address. I called numerous times. Continued to get the run around. Still have not received my mask months later. Just buy your equipment on Amazon is the same price and youll actually get all your equipment. Follow Up: After I left this review I got a call from the manager, and got my mask two days later. Thank you.

We have wasted over a month with these people. I called another DME provider today. Call every week just so someone new can ask for the insurance information again and that someone will call to schedule a home visit and set up. Repeat. Repeat. Still nothing even close to a visit set up. They want to call you back, nothing ever happens when you call them. Nothing.

Very inept and inconsiderate staff. After calling a number they left me (4) times I was told to call another number. The person that answered was very rude and inconsiderate. I had hoped for an improvement, but it appears things are as bad as they were 4 years ago. A "0" is more appropriate.

10/6/20 Ive working with this location to get my first CPAP machine during COVID-19 and dont have anything bad to share. Funny, my dr never notified them so I bugged them a few times but they ALWAYS called back the same day. Once my Dr put in the order it took a few days and then they called me back to schedule pickup. They had a funny heavy set guy with a northern accent who was patient, informative and went over everything plus some. So while the voicemail call back isnt ideal, they picking up of my test, scheduling, and cpap pickup was all done in 60 days which was fast considering how COVID precautions are handled. Special shout out to the two ladies and gentlemen who had to keep calling me back and who even called my dr to ask if they were going to send them my order.
