No communication at all unless it's you reaching out to them. When a nurse schedules a telephone appointment for a dementia/Alzheimer's patient and the patient doesn't know how to answer the telephone, that's the kind of care you can expect. Very disappointing. Needless to say, they are no longer taking care of our loved one.

No communication. Limited staff with limited knowledge. No aides. Did not get the supplies for my mother when needed and failed to order the rest of what she needed (for an ostomy). Their negligence is beyond disappointing. If you want good care for yourself or a loved one, go somewhere else.

Brookdale Home Health and it's staff has been excellent in providing in-home health & rehab services since being discharged from the orthopedic hospital! They have been nothing less than 110%+ attentive in doing any and everything that must be done to obtain approval for the patient's care. From the in-home therapists to the office staff, Brookdale Home Health truly cares about the patient's happiness and well being. I do recommend this business for your in-home health needs.
