Joyce is super easy to work with. We chose the Presley plan and we really like it. We still see a lot of reviews online calling this community "Cadence" and calling it an "active adult" community, so not sure what that's about.. I guess they started that way? It's now called Sonata and we like the neighborhood. Great clubhouse and close to everything yet far enough away from Charlotte and the crime that may go with it.

Since we took possession of the property of our home we purchased there have been some great issues with the landscaping- for this season a work order was placed to check and make function the sprinklers. I submitted a work order May 11, 2023 so far no one has been out to check them to see why they are not working. The lawn was taken o ver by Polana grass which no one seem to know how to treat. Then on the berm area behind the property which belongs to Mattamy have not been maintained- the grass is now 5 high and is a breeding ground for ticks, mosquitoes animals and whatever else. Please note mosquitos carry Nile and zeka viruses that is dangerous to animals and humans. We have seen rabbits, sheep, snakes and deer. There is a storm drain between 2 properties that needs occasional clearing so the storm water can drain. When debris such as leaves builds up and water cannot drain it could cause flooding. I have notified the HOA but no attention to these issues. Service: Repair water fixtures
