Pretty upset , I have never choose one specific person for a haircut and they called me 10 mins before my appointment to let me know the person was assigned called sick , they could not put any other person instead to do a haircut for my baby. I will never use them again . Service: Haircut

I had been taking my son here for two years since he was 1 for his first haircut with the same stylist Amber every time, loved her for a while until I couldnt get over my son being hurt every haircut. A few months ago I decided to just not give them our business anymore because of a number of reasons. The main reason being every single time we came in he was cut and would bleed. His ear several times, his neck several times, his cheek one time etc it happened every single time we could come in. After 4/5 times in a row I decided I wasnt giving anymore grace. My son wasnt a wiggler crier or anything he would sit still and hangout every haircut so there wasnt any excuse other than her not paying attention to what she was doing or simply not caring. The second thing that was the nail in the coffin was being told we were late etc making a big deal about it saying they will squeeze us in that one time being rude passive aggressive and rushing through our appointment giving him a horrible (and last) haircut there. All of this only for me to check our appointment time again when we left because I swore I was early and I indeed was 10 minutes early for our appointment proof on my phone of our booking time etc and they were the ones that had it wrong. Extremely rude, rushed us, guilt tripped all for nothing as they were the ones that had the wrong time. Do not bring your kids here. We now go to sharkeys cuts for kids and they are flat out AMAZING. It was so refreshing and relieving finding them. Havent had a single cut since and their stylist are the sweetest most talented people.

This place is so cool for kids to get their haircut at! Amber is amazing! She is sooo good with kids and does such an amazing job cutting my little ones hair.
