Cherry Market

I am a born and raised native of Cherry and grew up with this corner store. I have always been uncertain of how the store would end up after the owners that were there while I was growing up. The new owners there are absolutely wonderful! There are specific items that my sister and I like to be able to get without having to go out of the neighborhood and they most certainly make sure to stock those items just for us. We love them and are blessed that we had someone else to come into the neighborhood and offer the kindness and care that we got growing up. I can also send and receive shipments there. I'm glad that my daughter gets to grow up here and experience what a good neighborhood corner store is all about. Best corner store ever. We love Mr. K, Mrs. Lisa and Lauren!

Small convenience store located in the Cherry district uptown Charlotte. Small store but lots of amenities like Amazon Locker, CBD machine, lottery and luggage storage. Family owned and operated!

I stumbled across this place when picking up a UPS package, and glad I did. Good selection of beer and wine, with a super convenient location for both Cherry, Midtown, and Myers Park. This place is run by a great husband and wife team, who seem to take a lot of care and pride in their product offeringsa lot of small and/or local brewery options that you wouldnt find at the majority of convenience stores. They work closely with their distributor, who is a cherry local themselvesand if theres something they dont currently sell but that youd like to see offered, theyll note your request and look into getting it in the storethis was what I was personally most impressed by. This place is a corner convenience store that is basically offering a service or at the very least a level of customer care that is generally found only at speciality niche or high-end wine shops.
