Okay it took me a while to do my review. The place is nice. I visited a the uptown location a times and other places in North Carolina. I found out that the cashiers can vary in hospitalities or no smiles or just a cold feeling from them. Why don't they smile?
Now the food from the hot bar was always good. Almost 90% of the time. But today I went there and some of the salads were missing key essential elements which made them unique. When you go to the main display with all the salads in it I saw the missing spinach. The price is higher.
When I brought it up to the manager, he told me what was in the hot bar was the same in display case in the main display area. It was clearly missing spinach.
When I mentioned that he grabbed some spinach from the solid section and said hey here's some spinach right there.
Not good. Not good I just grabbed another salad which I didn't like. I made almost skip this place. Maybe just end up going to Huntersville or another place. I should have just left whatever I got at the counter and walked out.
I should have took pictures the show the differences. But don't mess my favorite salad!!!
I know is I didn't do a review earlier. But the head cashier about 2 months ago had put my heart hot bar package into a shopping bag and when I was driving home I noticed that it was open and inserted improperly. Great job guys. Great job. So what makes you different now besides your higher prices?
Oh most of your stuff says organic or from another country but please you're buying it from a distributor somewhere in the United States.
I think this is the last time I'm actually going to purchase anything at Whole foods.

Unsatisfactory experience with the bakery. Ordered a chantiilly cake ahead of time for my son's birthday. Wrong cake, what a disappointment. They offered to give me the correct cake after the fact.

March 2024. Visited CTL and, as a plant base eater, made a stop to this WFM minutes after I picked up the rental.
Entered a garage housing WFM $82.00 later.
No employee inquired: will we need to validate your parking today? Did not see ANY signs in the store at the entrance or near the cashier prompt customers to validate. NO Validate Your parking sign near the "WELCOME" sign.
That being said, I was billed $12.00. Called the WFM and was told they don't control the parking lot. Called the parking lot, and they said to speak with WFM, and so hence lied the lack of accountability
