Edible Arrangements

A friend purchased as a gift for me. I received zero communication about the product being ready. My husband showed up at 615pm to pick it up and the doors were locked and lights out. He called the phone number and left a message. No return call. I called the next morning and was only given excuses...we don't call when orders are ready...we've asked corporate to update our hours and they haven't. No hours posted on the door. What was meant to be a positive treat as a gift turned into a total nightmare and headache. I've used other locations and had a wonderful experience. Never again at this location.

Ordered from this location this year- bad idea - fruit was delivered Frozen. After speaking to this nasty lady with no customer skills, we had another batch delivered today. Same thing. FROZEN!! Don't use this location. What a disappointment!

They looked good/isch But there was sand/dirt on the chocolate strawberries. Big surprise for 60 dollar

Came by yesterday, Saturday, October 28th, within hours listed here on Google and they were closed up. Came back today Sunday, October 29th, at 11:08 am, within hours listed here on Google and no one here, no lights, nothing. Really wanted some dipped fruit but guess I will do without. Just visiting so dont know anything other than what Google tells me and that there is no hours listed on door. Also, I called 3 times as I was going to order online but was afraid I would not be able to get it. Sad!

I ordered an arrangement for my Husband to be delivered on Valentines Day I told them to deliver it after 5 because my husband works the third shift the next morning I got an email saying they delivered the Arrangement at @10:30a I tried to call several times I was calling until I had to clock in for work no one will answer they had a recording come on saying someone will be with you in a moment, no one will ever come to the phone. I even called on my break. I tried to check my order online. It wouldnt let me track it. I am very disappointed in the edible arrangements. I have used them in the past, but I am very disappointed with my husband's fruit arrangement set on his job until he gets to work around five. The money is not worth it if they cant follow directions.
