        Ordered a product for same day delivery through the website. Did not receive a confirmation of delivery for that day and tried to contact that evening. No response until the next day and was told someone was reaching out to the gift shop. Tried to call the gift shop myself; no one answers and you can't leave a voicemail. This service is suppose to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm definitely not satisfied. More than 30 hours later my gift has still not been delivered.
