The service tech, Jerry, was great!! He explained the whole issue and the options for repairing the problem. He had the door repaired and operating better than it was when we had the house built. I would recommend anyone with a garage door problem to call Precision and ask for Jerry.

Precision Garage Door did a great job from quoting to install. Walker quoted our door after listening to our needs. We decided on insulated door and very happy with temperature control which will help utilities and winterizing houseplants. Walker's product knowledge and professional manner helped us decide. Gerard and Tyler installed the door timely and efficiently and even replaced wood on side of garage before installing and the door operates quietly and sealed well.
