        Darrel was so knowledgeable and professional. He called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive, not only fixed the issue quickly, but explained to me what caused it. He also noticed that the light switch button was loose and graciously tightened it for me. He went above and beyond. He was kind, friendly, polite, respectful, efficient, and experienced.
