Worst customer service I have seen in years. Im very disappointed with the sales process and the delivery.

Stay away! Your birthday dinner should be a special occasion, marked by memorable moments and exceptional service. However, what started as a promising evening at the restaurant my wife chose turned sour when an unexpected charge tainted the experience. The waiter's thoughtful gesture of presenting a chocolate cookie with a candle to celebrate my birthday was overshadowed by the disappointment of discovering it on the bill. While the cost may seem trivial, it's the principle that stings a disregard for transparency and customer satisfaction. This incident raises questions about the integrity of the establishment and its commitment to delivering genuine hospitality. If such oversight can mar a simple birthday celebration, one can't help but wonder about their practices in other aspects of their business. My decision not to return is directly correlated to the importance of trust and respect in customer relationships that I have come to expect from brands such as RH! Shame on you.

10/10 Experience. Enjoyed my birthday brunch. The staff was super friendly! Tara was our server and she was beyond exceptional. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Do yourself a favor and go to your local Aldi, buy their Mediterranean herb salmon, and eat that instead of the salmon here. Not only will you save yourself a lot of money, it tastes better and you will actually be full. $38 for mediocre salmon (thats WITHOUT a side) and to have mediocre service, was disappointing. The best thing about RH is the instagramability. Just dress nice, come take your pictures, then stop at Wendys on your way home. You would have to stop there regardless just so you could be full without having to take out a loan from the bank. Not worth it.
