        Customer service is not all that great havent gotten my furniture yet asked if I could get my furniture sooner because I have to travel for work a lady stated she would contact me back and did not definitely need to switch up the staff you have working there or teach them on customer service!

        Ms. Vicky was so awesome and friendly over the phone and in person. Which is why I came in. Badcock has great quality furniture, however the ease of navigating through the store and my purchase is contributed to this sales lady.
