Chi Phi Fraternity House

I've had the opportunity on more than one occasion to be asked to assist in upgrading both the interior and exterior of the premises. A very close friend of mine is an alumnus of this particular fraternity, and through him, I've also met many other alumni of this particular fraternity. All of the senior alumni, as well as the present fraternity members, are fantastic gentlemen and a credit to their respective communities. The present fraternity members are extremely personable and respectable young men, who are always happy to assist and/or lend a hand in any way, shape, form, or fashion. The current house manager (Jake) has always gone out of his way to make us feel welcome and greatly appreciative of all our efforts to restore this building to its fullest possible potential.
