We bought flooring frome these people and they said it had a 20 year warranty on it and a 4 year warranty on the labor. Well after 3 years the flooring started coming apart and everytime I would call them they said someone would call me back and never would. I paid $6000.00 for the junk they sold me . All I can say is stay away from this company. I am in buissness myself and when I tell someone they have a warranty i stand behind it. Very bad buissness. Update----- Well they did come out with someone from manufacturing and said they would send someone out to fix the problem and get it fixed. Well about a month later same problems coming apart and breaking up in places. I've been in contact with both Ray and Angie and for awhile now and have proof from text messaging and still telling me they are getting with manufacturing again. Sorry again I am in buissness myself and when I contact manufacturing about a issue I'm having with a product they respond within a couple of days not months. I guess they leave me no choice but to go further with action.
