If I could I would give this bank a negative star review. My mother is on disability and opened an account with them and once her disability hit her account they blocked her whole account stating it was fraudulent. We called disability and told them and they was confused since it is from the government. They refused to answer questions of why its consider fraudulent. They will put you on hold then hang up on you. This is a horrible bank, it beats Bank of America. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They tell you they will call you in 5 days and never do. When you call they say they need something else from you and extend it by another 5 days, I mean its just horrible. Please do not fall for this so call bank.

If I could rank this bank a negative, I would. My parents added me to their account so when they passed, I could get their money out. They don't want to release it because my last name changed when I got married. I have shown them my license and a photo copy of my marriage license. Also gave them the name of the estate lawyer to verify who I am. STILL NO CHECK. It's in the lawyers hands now!
