This was the best facility I have been to in the area by far! The whole experience for me was great and the staff really made it a positive experience also. I like how professional they were and how I was treated, it was much better than my previous primary care provider. Easy process to be seen and I like the discreteness they have there. I highly recommend Integrity Health for Wellness, care is top level quality in my opinion. Thanks guys for all that you do, greatly appreciated!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COVID TEST AT THIS FACILITY My brother and his friend took a COVID-19 test at this place about 3 days ago. People here not only miswrote my brothers NAME and his gender on the lab report, but ALSO his friends birthday. The corrected version of the 2nd report STILL has his friends birthday written wrong. This lab report is needed for my brother to get a certain kind of certificate. He addressed the importance of the accuracy of the report before he took the test, yet people here STILL make this kind of mistake. Their attitude was horrible too. They just hang up one of my phone calls rudely while I was still speaking (I only called them 3 times, and I did not even say a word of blaming them but just asked nicely on their progress of correction). If you want a nice medical experience, AVOID THIS PLACE, PLEASE, YOU DO NOT WANT TO TORTURE YOUSELF WITH THIS KIND OF STUFF!

My family got our Covid test here and the results came back in 2 days not the 3 or 4 they say it could take; this was plenty enough time in advanced of our flight.
