The company calls back promptly but when I was trying to understand details for costs of testing whomever I spoke to on the phone was quite rude. I was told they dont accept my insurance but when I tried to ask questions about the cost to possible pay cash the caller was rude and loud talking over me. It is so unnecessary to treat potential patients like this. I should have let the call go to voicemail. I didnt need to start my day like that.

Owners Kim & Matt Matone have brought a gem of a resource to the Charlotte and Asheville Communities. Over the years, they have generally become my first call when referring a client, having referred members of my family and personal network with wonderful feedback.
