This was my first experience at Myeyedr and it was disappointing. My eye exam with Dr. Coccia was great, but everything went down hill afterwards. I placed an order of contacts in December 2023 and I hadn't heard a response stating they arrived after two weeks like the associate stated they would. I call in regards to the status of the order in January 2024 and they tell me no contacts were ever ordered. I asked for a follow up and answers as to why that was because this meant that I lost my insurance benefits for the previous year. No one ever called to follow up or apologize for THEIR mistake. When I called to explain my frustration to the manager, there was no accountability whatsoever. I will not return or recommend this location.

The staff at this location is just great. Jeff the new manager was patient and helpful. Dr Coccia is wonderful too. I would recommend this place for your next eye appointment and to shop for your new pair of glasses!

After nearly 20 years wearing corrective lenses, I can say I've had my fair share of uncomfortable eye exams filled with awkward and confusing directions, never understanding the results. The team at this location was able to educate me, provide top notch clean and healthy care and recommendations that I could afford and feel good about. I haven't been able to see like this since I was a child, I cannot say enough good things about my experience and will continue to share my positive encounter. If you are someone who suffers from anxiety, you will instantly be put at ease and they will be with you every step. The staff single handily needs to be recognized for their intentional effort in your proactive journey. great people, great location, great services, 5 stars ,white glove service, it's infectious!

I purchased eye glasses on 01/04 which were scheduled to be ready for pick up on 01/25. On 01/25 I called to see if I could pick them up but was advised they wont be in until the next day which was 01/26. On 01/26 I called to set a time up to come pick them up in which I was advised they are on back order as they no longer make the frame I choose/paid for. I was also told that those who were working could not do anything about it as I would have to speak to the manager (Jeff) and that he would be in on Monday 01/29 to call back Monday. Welp today is Monday and I called and was told Jeff will be back Tuesday. Its frustrating that there isnt anyone in the store that can handle such matters/escalations. Because this is for my vision it would have been ideal to have a course of action so that there arent anymore delays. Although the staff have been polite with reponses to my inquiry I feel that due to the length of time sorry is no longer sufficient but a resolve would be. This is my experience.
