I don't know how you can sell machines that you can't service. We have had sk machines sitting in their service dept for over 6 months at a time and we have realized they only know how to put parts on a machine....Eric and the crew do not have any knowledge of being mechanics. I am giving them one star because the parts dept is good. We had one sit there for 5 months in 2022 and now again in 2023 we had 2 machines sit there for 6 months...we are picking up 2 still broken machines and having to go to another dealer....horrible service with poor communication (sad when management tells you they will oversee the second time to make sure all goes well....6 months)....I have been warned by other customers but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We have 4 sks and are forced to go to Salem Va for service....Ditch Witch needs to step in and pull the dealership.

Had to bring in my SK800 for 2 drive motor replacements as well as a new hydraulic pump. Shortly after, the fuel pump started going bad as well so I had to bring it back. Eric from the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. He was responsive, helpful, and his team got our machine back up and running.

Josh the sales guy is awesome! Super responsive and helpful..he helped us find a sweet deal on a Boxer 700 track loader. He delivered it himself and taught us how to use it and went thru the maintenance requirements. Thanks Josh keep up the good work my friend!
