This location messes up important invoices daily so please find someone else to work with. Also i must add this company is racist, against black people specifically. Customer wise and employee wise. They ignore their black employees as if they do not exist. From the managers to the regular employees they all treat their black employees with so much disrespect it is disgusting. This is specifically the snap one on 1800 continental blvd in Charlotte nc. Everyone should simply be treated equally and professionally.If you are black and you are looking for a job stay away from this company. Your value is much appreciated elsewhere and do not waste your time with a run down company like snap one.

We can't say enough good things about the team at SNAP. From training, to product training with Nic, to the reps - Landon, Tim, Sean, Ryan, Greg to the CSRs - Heather, Jake to JOY at the partner store. Product support is also top notch! Thank you!
