The owner of PES (Daniel) arrived at my house on Saturday night (2/28/20) whereby he determined the "main" breaker appeared to have shorted out but unfortunately didn't have any new breakers with him; thus, he said he would have to order one which would take a few days. However, in an effort to get me out of the dark/cold, he took a hammer and whacked the existing breaker a few times which to my surprise restored the power.  When I asked if I owed him anything, he said it would be $125 (trip charge).  Based on his advice, I told him to go ahead and order a new breaker to minimize my risk of losing power again which he said he would do and we made an appointment for the following Friday (6 days later). After not hearing from anyone by Thursday to confirm the part had arrived, I called and was told by Daniel we would need to reschedule our appointment for the following week because the part had yet to arrive, so we did for the next Friday. The day before the appointment, I called again since I hadn't heard anything and Daniel confirmed the part had arrived and he and/or his crew would be at my house the next day at 1pm.At 2:30 on the day of the appointment, I decided to call again since no one had arrived or called me to tell me they were running late.  I left a message on Daniel's VM asking him to pkease call me.   After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I called back and Daniel answered and asked, "What do you need? "  When I told him I had been waiting for two hours and no one has yet to call me, his only response was, "You're kidding? Hmm, let me call to see what happened." to which I replied, "No, I'm not kidding and to prove it, you can cancel the order!" to which he responded, "Ok, have a nice day. " without any apology or sign of remorse whatsoever!

This review was initially submitted via google and it looks like it was illegally removedI Contracted this company to hook up my jaccuzi. In terms of punctuality, the owner showed up on time to give me an estimate. Next day, he brought up two guys to do the work. His workers by far are the messiest, laziest and most disregarding to sensitive equipments i have ever seen. They damaged one of the spa board and broke a switch that control my rising spa TV. They also scattered tape, trashed my lawn with their cigarretes and duck tape. All of these, they did a good job at not disclosing it to me. The job, which i thought would last from 9AM to 5 PM, turned out to last from 9 to 1pm, taking into account their super slow mode. I called the owner, he showed up the same day and did apologize and tried to fix their TERRIBLE job. To make sure everything else is done right and safe for us to use, i had to hire a spa technician.
