Martinizing Dry Cleaners of Charlotte

I have been using this dry cleaners since they were Princess Cleaners. Three years ago we moved to a senior living complex across from Southpark. The new owner said he would continue to offer pickup and delivery service at our new address. The service has gone steadily down hill. Things that were picked up together were not returned together or in a timely manner. I recently sent a good black sweater and it was never returned. I have repeatedly asked them to check for it and they say it was never received. I know I put it in their bag for pickup. I am looking for a new dry cleaner and you should too before your things mysteriously disappear.

The staff is great. I took my mothers coat to get cleaned but it came out almost the same as it went in. Almost as if it didnt even get cleaned.

Recent bad experience. They advertised comforter and blanket cleaning, I took mine in. 2 weeks later they could not find it. Four 4 trips into the store and being told "we are looking for it" and when we find it we will deliver it. After I followed up again, I did receive a text that it was found. I went in for the 5th time to pick it up and it was pitted and frayed. The lovely person at the front desk did not charge me. She is great. Not very good service from the manager. Very disappointed. P.S. they did shrink and ruin a sweater a few months ago, and cracked several buttons on a jacket they offered to try to stretch it but never offered to pay for it. I let that go, now I just won't go back and have found another dry cleaner. Services: Clothes pressing, Ironing
