Thank you, Michael and the team at Gentle Care for saving my daughters cotillion dress last minute. She somehow inexplicably got a large noticeable black (what appeared to be ink) stain on the front the night before that would not come out. Michael and team came to the rescue, getting it out, cleaning it, and having it ready by 4 PM same day for her dance. It looked great! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Highly recommend Gentle Care Cleaners. My son was in town to attend a funeral and needed clothes pressed. Michael had the clothes ready in minutes and did not charge for the service. Instead, he passed on his condolences and well wishes for the day. Just WONDERFUL!!!

I've been several times and it's always been a great experience. The team is friendly and my clothes are always done on time and looking great.

Given the dearth of dry cleaners in the area, I would love to find a place that provides good service but also at least gives off the impression that they are happy to have me as a customer vs just giving me expressionless service that gives off the vibe that they honestly don't care if I come back or not. This establishment has pricing that is in line with others in the area and my clothes are done when they say they will be, but to me that is the price of entry in terms of a dry cleaner because every place should be able to deliver on those two things. Unfortunately, whenever I went in, I just got the impression, right or wrong, that I was nothing more than a transaction, as there was no smile, no greeting, no anything. Again, they didn't provide bad service and they delivered as promised, but those to me are table stakes, so I will choose to continue my quest to focus on frequenting places that give the appearance of valuing me as a customer.
