Literally no leadership In the building or just dont care what their employees are doing! Was just in there on today 10/21 around 3.45p and was waiting in line and the cashier girl was on FaceTime while ringing customers out and customers in line! Literally telling all her business and cussing and making that FaceTime more important then showing customer service. No other workers stepped in to correct her or pull her to the side to let her know that wasnt appropriate at that time! I dont mind not being greeted walking in because thats expected when the workers arent properly trained or know what is expected from them when they are clocked in! I hope someone steps in and coach and correct that worker. She had on no name tag so couldnt get her name but Im a manager myself and I would never allow that to be okay in my place of business and allow anything to affect the representation of myself or my establishment!

The store is located in the correct demographic for the customer base that they serve. The store was clean It did not reek of any marijuana or any other illicit narcotics which is a very good change for this store where it's located. The staff that was in there was courteous friendly and professional. Woefully under trained and not having the ability to make adjustments. They made the biggest mistake in retail which is to have one price on the shelf and another price in the skew system so I guess what I would have to do is go back and deal with the manager at a later time and date to get this rectified but overall it was the standard experience based on the neighborhood and the individuals that come to this location in the people that they employ I was not looking for Tiffany service I was looking for competent service and I got competent service.
