        Showed up to this location for a pick up. The office is completely empty. Rang the bell and knocked on the door for over an hour. No one ever answered the door. Luckily, a yard dog pulled up. He had to call a lady that was not on site. She had to call the guy that was inside of the warehouse to come open the door to get my load information. When he finally opened the door, he was very rude and unprofessional. Arrived at noon, completed the loading at 3 PM. This guy loads about five pallets every 30 minutes.
