Amazing!!! Hands down best experience I have ever had. Staff are remarkable, kind hearted, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly feels like home. Took care of my whole family with such patience. Haven't been to a dentist in awhile. Can't even begin to describe how awesome my teeth look and feel.

I do not recommend Gentry Dental. They are unable to keep track of your yearly insurance allowance. I was convinced I had enough for a deep cleaning. Left side first, then right side, 2 weeks later. $349 each side = 700 total. My allowance is 1500 per year. Had left side done & paid $349, then pre-paid $300 for right side. Two weeks later upon arrival they wanted $544. I said "That's incorrect. It should be $49.00. Then $317.00. I said, No, that's not right either. After a short while I left, not wanting to pay the new cost. For leaving I was fined $100 for cancelling the appointment. I asked for a $300 refund for right side and was reimbursed $217. I learned Gentry uses third party billing system. Thats' why they can't keep accurate records of yearly insurance allowances. They make it up as they go. They were also, not very willing to send my dental records to my new dentist It took several attempts. I was a patient of Goelz for about 15 years before he merged with Gentry. Never once did I have an issue with cost out of pocket, everything was understood about cost up front, no surprises. I've never had such a negative experience with any professional business or service.
