I will never go to this place again. Imagine waiting in a chair for 2 hours only to be told that Doc won't be able to get to you tonight, so you need to come back.

I've been to this place before years ago and sometimes I was able to schedule an appointment. However, this time around I tried to schedule an appointment. And I really needed this appointment because I can't chew anything on the right side of my mouth. I'm in a lot of pain. It ended up getting rescheduled because someone wasn't available for the prior. This time when things were following through they asked for my insurance. I had to look it up and call back and they said to call back at least by 4pm. So I called probably around 1 pm and got no answer so I waited a bit then called again and someone answered. I told them I was calling back to give insurance information and the person looked up the appointment and took my insurance information. This was 2 days before the appointment. I go for the appointment and they can't find where the insurance was entered and that it would be an out of pocket expense because they need time to verify the insurance! I told them that I spoke to someone and that they took my information, but they said no it's not there. So my mouth STILL hurts, and they had to reschedule for next Wednesday! Apparently, I just got to find some other place to go to, because there's no guarantee I'll get any help here even with an appointment and calling.

This was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment for 1pm. By 1:45 they asked me when my appointment was and who checked me in. I got checked in at 12:40 by the women sitting right there at the computer. I don't end up going back til after 2:15. I get an xray. No one comes in til 3pm. But they can turn the music up! And all she says, "if I had to guess, I think it would be this tooth." I left
Thanks for charging me over 100 dollars for an xray and a waste of time. My appointment was for a 1pm EMERGENCY.
