They are very community based and have been serving the Charlotte community for years.The customer service is phenomenal .They have been servicing my staff dental needs for over twenty years.

I went there for a regular cleaning and spent almost my entire time being denied the service I came for and being told I needed a deep cleaning. When I asked if I could have the regular cleaning I came for regardless they just kept going back and back to same response . Then I was told verbally that I would get deep cleaning but would be charged as regular cleaning and then was charged for a deep cleaning. The dentist spent very little time with me actually cleaning. It was supposedly a deep cleaning of half my mouth and the dentist spent a small fraction of time (maybe 10-15 minutes, I recall) compared to times my regular cleanings take. My insurance benefits are messed up now and I had a super quick supposed deep cleaning of only half my mouth . So I experienced bad service, unkept promises, and have to start over again somewhere else with my insurance benefits diminished. I won't be back .

I really want to appreciate Dr Perkins & the staff, for everything they did to keep me calm while i was getting my I extraction done by Dr. Perkins. It was done perfessional and, I recommend them to everybody. Thanks again to the Dr. Perkins and the whole staff!! #WebberDentistry

I went and got a extraction done by the Dr.Webber himself and he did such an amazing job and so did his assistant. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Ms. Leslie you are the bomb!!!!!!!!!
