I was over charged hve called several times to speak with office manager left phone number and no one called two months later reached out again and was told they no longer hve the same manager and the new manager was in a meeting still no call how long does it take for someone to return my call a year i hve been a patient for 10+ years very dissatisfied

The service I received at UDA dental was exceptional my dental technician Amari, Dr Henderson, Brie gave wonderful customer service, I recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care

Dr. Regina Henderson-Jordan has been my dentist for 4+ years and she is excellent. Despite her being one of the best dentists I've ever seen, I find myself needing to find a new dentist due to inaccessibility of the practice's hygienists. After three cleaning cancellations in a row (August, September, and November with a next available appointment in February), I need to seek services elsewhere. So unfortunate . . .

While at my cleaning appointment at this location, my dental hygienist Marcus Garcia did a phenomenal job! Im kinda disappointed. So unfortunately i had to cancelled my appointment back in December due to having Covid 19 but I have been trying to reschedule my appointment but no one is returning my calls when i left a voice message. And even today I called and no one answered. So i might have to go to a different practice if no one communicates with me. And its sad because i like the dentist name Michelle
