Together, we refined our ideas in a straightforward, transparent design process. Those ideas were rendered into drawings and a clear statement of work. All documents, pictures, appointments, future work orders, and comments are clearly available 24/7 to everyone involved through a clever online construction management interface. Every appointment was kept, nothing was over promised, and some work was even completed early.

We are very happy with our new deck. The finished product has exceeded our expectations and that is primarily due to our project manager, Chris Swarm. Chris was super responsive all during the project and made sure that all of our questions were answered, requests honored and any issues were quickly resolved. Great service installed a covered patio and deck expansion. Great quality and the best service. Project manager Chris was very informative and was always available. Chris come over anytime we called with any concern and nothing was too big or too small for him to handle or find a solution. The information he provided from the very beginning as far as how the project process would unfold was correct and accurate. Keith our initial contact was excellent in listening to our wishes and rendered a very accurate design plan Thank you to the whole team from the tear down of the old deck to the painting of the new one everything was done in excellence.

Archadeck installed porch Eeze Breeze windows and door and the structure to hold them, bead board on ceiling and Travertine tile. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the team and especially with Butch, the supervisor who regularly checked in. I am happy with the quality of work and would definitely hire them again!
