Jeff and his team recently completed a screened porch and deck project for us and we couldnt be happier with the result! Jeff was great to work with through every phase of the project from providing us with a timely quote, to partnering with us to design the detailed plans and to quickly answering all of our (many!) questions before, during and after construction along with constantly keeping us updated on status and schedule. Jeffs team with Ben and crew did great work and were very professional and efficient and kept the work area clean/organized, and we had similar experiences with the other teams involved in the project (Rob the electrician in particular was great). Would recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches to anyone!

Jeff and his team (ps my husband says Ben is the man!!) did a great job! I've been super impressed with how quickly everything went. This is not how most construction projects go... Typically there is a lot of sitting and waiting for progress. But not in my experience in working with Charlotte Decks and Porches.... They were seasoned pros! Everything was like clockwork and perfectly choreographed. Very satisfied with the end result and grateful to have partnered with Jeff for my outdoor reno needs. We can't thank Jeff and his team at Charlotte Decks and Porches enough for our beautiful screened porch! Every aspect of the construction work was completed without issue and in a timely manner. Even with a few wet days and the winter holidays, our project was completed as promised. It was so nice to have a contractor who really did handle EVERY detail and made us comfortable with construction project from start to finish. We loved the fact that there was progress being made on project daily ... no long waits or interruptions once the work started. Jeff's team is friendly, reliable, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We 100% feel like we picked the right team for our project and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new deck or porch. Thanks Jeff, we're ready for Spring!!
