        Arrival Time &Cut-off Time: Our cut-off time for drop-off is 9:30 AM. Children arriving after 9:30 AM due to a doctor's appointment require a doctor's note. (Please give to Academy Director upon drop off.) No children will be allowed to return to school after 12:00 p.m if they have an appointment. They seem to acting more and more like a public school, one of the early families here, we signed up here in beginning thinking they were fully booked but this location is not up to the brand. About response adequately staffed Shouldnt your staff be based on how many are enrolled vs how many people came late. Dont run day care like. McDonalds where you are rotating teachers based on number of students. This review is really for others, meaning people who might need to come late etc and this school is not for you

        We have loved our experience here after a couple of weeks in the 3s class. My child is now on a better routine, has daily naps, eats his meals and loves going to school every day! We also love that they provide food and we can see what hes doing throughout the day through their online app and cameras. Theyre also really great about parent involvement, which was not the case in our past daycare experience. Highly recommend this school to anyone considering.

        My 3 year old started here a couple of weeks ago. Our experience from the day we toured the facility to now has been excellent. The owners, director and teachers are all very patient, caring and engaged with the families at the daycare. My son is already learning so many new things and is loving his teachers. They celebrated Holi (Indian festival) as well as Easter which was great for our son who is of Indian descent, we felt very welcome and enjoyed the multi-cultural experiences provided for the kids. The facility is new and very nice. We are seeing improvements made to the processes and feel like we are in good hands.

      We appreciate your feedback and apologize if our policies have caused any inconvenience. We're continuously working to balance structure with the flexible needs of our families and will take your comments into consideration. Providing high-quality childcare in a safe nurturing environment is our number one priority and we are disappointed to hear that our efforts to improve our processes, inadvertently caused other issues. We recently started asking parents for a courtesy call if parents are running late (we know this happens from time to time), and this is only so that we can adequately staff the rooms and prepare meals for all the children. As a new center, we need feedback, and we are thankful for ever chance to improve. I hope we can speak soon and address this after a better understanding of your family needs. We care about our families and see this as an opportunity for greater partnership.
