I've had my child at TLE for 10 months, and the care is outstandingfrom Ms. Maden to Ms. Shayla. My son enjoys the LEAP board and is learning Spanish from Ms. Amanda. I'm thrilled with the choice I made. Thank you

I can't speak highly enough about the childcare center, particularly Ms. Chablis The level of care and attention my child receives is truly exceptional. Chablis dedication is evident, and her nurturing approach has created a warm and welcoming environment. The center's commitment to early education and development, coupled with Chablis expertise, has made a significant impact on my child's growth. I'm genuinely grateful for the positive experiences we've had here, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking quality childcare.

I'd like to share my experience as a current teacher at the center. The owners are caring and hold staff accountable. The benefits, including a 75% discount on childcare, competitive pay, FREE Dental, Vision, Life Ins., etc. are exceptional. They actually ensure you receive training before placing you in a classroom. Encouraging family members to write negative reviews based on a one-sided perspective suggests that there may be more to the situation than what is being shared. Some of these negative reviews from parents who are also teachers seem to stem from their desire to keep their children enrolled after complaining about how terrible the care is and being unprofessional while on the clock ultimately leading to their termination. If the center were truly problematic, why would these same former employees complain about having to withdrawal there children? Life is too short. Move on and enjoy life. In essence, the owners are running their business responsibly and professionally. I call it how I see it!!!

Our 1 year old daughter was slapped in the face by a teacher in the toddler B classroom on 1/08/24. The teacher is in her 40s and obviously have no self control and shouldnt be around children. Ive reported this teacher before in the past about her rough handling the kids and I checked her one day when I saw her rough handling my daughter November of last yr. Thank goodness another teacher was present and reported the teacher and gave my daughter some comfort after she was slapped. Front office was notified and didnt follow proper protocols because Towanda concern is protecting her business and not the safety of the children there. After I took matters into my own hands and contacted the police and state, I was told that my children can no longer be at the facility and they had to withdraw, said we were not a good fit. My 4 yr old son has an amazing teacher, Ms. Sherlock that I trust 100%. He was kicked out the school because I was protecting my daughter. In addition, Ive reported the infants in class A constantly crying and always in the same position for multiple hours at a time with no interaction. Nothing was done. Please keep your kids away. They arent even safe in your working in the same facility. Kids are always sick and they let them right on in. All for the money.
