If, I could I'll give this location a fu*king zero. It's 2022 and I dislike writing reviews but this needs attention. These people act sooo prejudice in here it's ridiculous. When a Caucasian person come in here everyone is all smiles and asking how may I help you. Please beware people of this location in STEELE CREEK!!!

I rate this place zero stars. Most of the women who work here are VERY old, bitter, rude, unprofessional, and racist. I literally DREAD going to Susans' window . I hope they hire more diversed workers at this branch and workers who actually want to be there and model/display what Truliant says they strive to be. This branch used to have such nice workers but they are no longer there now.

Robin & Michelle took excellent care of me at this branch. I absolutely loooooooooove Truliant. Everyone here gives the highest customer service. If you are looking to do business with a company that truly cares, look no further!!!

Banker beware!!!! I strongly suggest you pay very close attention to your accounts if you bank here. I had three different occasions where they ( whoever THEY is) have taken funds from my account without my permission. Also had a teller to take $500 from my savings account and it clearly wasnt an accident like she said. Im DONE!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

Tried to open a business account 1/22 at 4:28 and the two Caucasian women were so unprofessional and rude saying that couldn’t open my account because they need a window of an hour... (which I explain I have all of my paperwork) and I needed $206 which I have over of! But since they are so rude and non accommodating I’ll be banking elsewhere! Good luck!
