Apt CoWork at Cottonwood Reserve

This place is a joke. Trash is never picked up on the scheduled days. I've been here 2yrs & the rent has went up around $300 for a older 1bdrm apt. The maintenance team is great, never an issue with getting repairs fixed in a timely manner other than the gates beside my apt. The pedestrian gate is constantly getting damaged & the vehicle gate is broke more than it's working. Sometimes they will leave it open, sometimes it's closed. If this place is supposed to be a "gated community" then if it's not working properly it should be closed & blocked off. Well today I was awoken by the maintenance men who caught some guy under my car stealing my catalytic converter. This was at 8am. They were parked right beside my car with his female getaway driver waiting for him to finish the job. They maintenance guys tried to stop them but didn't want to risk injury or death. I emailed the leasing office before 10am & as of 6pm no one has reached out to me.

The theory - I assume this community was the one. Yes, I was excited to move in; that was almost two years ago. The very same sticking point has continuously been the same negative. Noise, noise, noise: from the side, from the top, music bouncing off the wall, stomping, banging, slamming, loud talking, everything disrespect residence can do. Not just any noise - unreasonable noise. The element does not bold well is how management responds or lack thereof. It is as if management turns a blind eye (or is it a deaf ear) to the complaints. As long as rent is in before the fifth of each month - everything not ok seems ago. Ordinarily, I don't write negative reviews, but this has gone on long enough without resolution. I would not recommend living in this community. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The problem with this response is that it appears valueless. I've reported on this issue and this resident/violator several times. Just last evening - this resident/violator was stomping, banging, slamming, and loud talking well past three am this morning. THREE AM! It would appear that anyone with decency and respect would not stomp, bang, slam, or be loud talking when you are in proximity of others who have a different schedule than yours. It is unreasonable to ask for this issue to be addressed more than once.
