        My package wasn't delivered until 8pm on a Friday evening. It was medicine and had to stay cold. I was glad they still delivered and were very nice. I called for an update it was supposed to be here before 5pm. They gave me text updates afterwards to reassure me of delivery.

      Hey Michelle, thanks for checking in. Those meds are packed by pharmacists to stay good for 48 hours. Understood delivery ran late with the 8p. We certainly can run into other variables with traffic, weather, vehicle issues, etc. Glad to hear we stayed in touch- and kept you comfortable given the slow down.
