Alicia is absolutely AMAZING! Her ability to listen and understand what you are experiencing is unmatched. She not only provides some of the best ways to deal with things going on in your life, but she also educates you by providing information on books, articles, and reference terms that can help on your journey. I am truly thankful that she is a therapist that cares and challenges me to be my best self. I have recommended her services to several people as she is just phenomenal!

Alicia has helped me grow in so many ways. She literally pulls things out of me that I didnt know that I had. I love that she requires me to think in different perspectives and isnt just simply agreeing with me. I really see that she cares.

Alicia is literally THE BEST! She not only gives me great advice, she listens and that is the most important part of therapy for me. My confidence in myself has changed because of Alicia's kind words and even though we are virtual, it feels like we are in the same room. She is down to earth and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Alicia is family to me now and I appreciate her professionalism throughout every session we have.

Currently they are only doing zoom meetings at this time. Alicia has a great outlook on life but as someone that works in customer service I have had a pretty unprofessional experience. From eating and drinking during zoom calls, forgetting about our appointment, Canceling appointments 20 min prior and offering to do my therapy session while shes driving. I was able to overlook this because I believed her outlook was helping me until I was unaware that my insurance had Laps. She called me demanding money without an amount nor a bill. I explained I did not know multiple times but it was clearly she was not going comprehend and she began to name call.its like a flip switch and she was a hole different person who didnt practice what she preached. In that profession it is extremely important to listen and that was not happening.She seemed so nice and caring in the beginning, but I guess dont judge a book by its cover.

We are disappointed in the service received by Counselor Alicia Ricketts with Solutions Counseling & Consulting Services. Her communication was inconsistent and she did not meet our expectations as a professional. We exercised our right to release her and find a new professional.
