        I highly encourage everyone to go to therapy. There is such a stigma linked to it that just isn't true. A friend of mine recommended Fullscope when my dad passed away 3 years ago and I am so glad I took his advice. He put me in touch with Catherine, I explained my needs, and the rest is history! Monique has been and continues to be a rock for me. I could not ask for a better therapist. I go every week and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!

        Tionna is the perfect therapist for me. She pushes me, she holds me accountable and she allows me room for growth. Sessions are planned but flow organically so I don't feel "scheduled". She also incorporates resources, books, handouts, flyers and research on topics to keep me informed. She is perfect for my learning style. I wouldn't and will not change anything. I am here to stay.
