    I truly believe in the power of providing reviews and helping others with feedback from honest experiences, so I want to applaud the stand-out work of Eries Material Damage Adjuster I, Thomas Riches. Tom gave nothing but Exceptional service. He says he always answers his phone to a fault, and he does. When I called, he had not even been told about me, but he was very kind and listened (even though he was in a shop at the time!) and followed-up with me JUST LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD as soon as he was able to look at my paperwork and confirm that he was assigned my case (he called back that same afternoon). Thomas Riches is a man of his word! He answers calls. He responds to emails, and he sends updated paperwork as he receives them from the collision center. I highly recommend him and commend his tremendous work ethic and high standards of excellence, a true rarity in today's world. Thanks again, Tom I truly appreciate your help!

    I was T-boned by an Erie Insured driver on a Wednesday. The very next day, one of their representatives called to get my statement. The day after that theyd approved me a rental, scheduled an adjuster to come out and shared all the upcoming necessary steps. Every person I spoke with was SO friendly and helpful and I have been throughly impressed by their professionalism and the speed of them taking care of me. Two short weeks after my accident they have settled with me and we can move forward in life. Highly recommend them and am so thankful for them in this process!!

    Worst Insurance. My car was hit while parked by another driver who had a different insurance and they treated me better and kept me updated. Erie never called once to keep me updated , never answered my emails. And I had to keep calling and my adjuster Marissa would say oh I thought I told you but never called me once. She also didnt know what was happening ever I would be the one to tell her what the other insurance was telling me. Very unorganized

    I was rear ended by someone with Erie Insurance. Erie has demonstrated complete incompetence. They never communicate with me. I have to reach out for updates. They keep passing the claim around to different adjusters. James Nelson, Materials Damage Supervisor stated Erie will not pay for administrative cost of close to $1,000 from the collision center. Im told this against NC State Insurance laws. James actions are those of a dishonest thief trying to take advantage of victims of his customers auto accidents. If you are in accident with someone whose coverages is with Erie find a good attorney quickly.

    I do not have Erie insurance but I was rear ended by one of their clients. I called Erie to start a claim. The intake person was very kind and was great with answering all my questions. She said it would be sent to a claims adjuster. The next day the adjuster called and I went over what happened. I told him we had the police there and there was a witness, so he asked for their number. I did have to track him down a few times for an update. He said he was waiting for the police report but 2 weeks later, I pulled it up on my own. I called him back and told him it was there so the next day it was processed. We dropped our car off at one of their approved places, which worked out great because we took other cars there in the past. They gave us a rental car, which they covered. It was a very easy process. A week later car was fixed, rental car dropped off and we were back in business. I called a week after that to file a dimished claims and they restarted the info. It was routed to another adjuster who was wonderful! Within 2 weeks we got money back for the diminished value. I think Erie was wonderful! I have been using State Farm for 30 years so I was nervous, but everyone was just great!
