We highly recommend DGK! They were our top choice when considering contractors for our kitchen renovation because of their all-in-one approach from design to build. Their team spent time learning our preferences and made the design process SO EASY for us! The build process went very smoothly due to the team's professionalism and effective communication. We were given access to a live calendar detailing the construction schedule for the entire project so our family was kept up to date on each day's/week's work. Best of all, they created a kitchen more beautiful than we could have imagined ourselves and met all of our family's needs. We look forward to working with them again for our next home project!

Once I decided to remodel my kitchen, I met with several contractors - DGK was the very last one I spoke with. Dmitriy and Lilliana were very professional and listened closely to my wants and ideas. They were the only firm to present me upfront with their general contractor #, certificate of insurance and a full page of client references that I could contact. They pointed out several issues that nobody else had mentioned and offered solutions to each. Their overall design idea was much better than what I had originally visualized. Lilliana and Juliya were excellent in developing a very warm, inviting design pallet and guiding me through all the selections. Jacob kept me updated throughout the construction and patiently put up with all my questions. All of the crew that worked on the remodel were very thorough, polite and respectful. There were no unpleasant surprises in this remodel they delivered excellent quality at the price they quoted. The end result is beautiful! I wholeheartedly recommend DGK Design + Build.

We engaged DGK to help us with a significant kitchen remodel, which included rearranging the layout as well as installing a large sliding glass door and picture window where an exterior wall used to be. We had planned most of the general design ourselves but needed someone to help us realize our vision. This was a major improvement to the hub of our home that would materially change our daily lives, and we needed someone who would be conscientious and easy to work with, but also care about all of the little things. Now that the project is finished (~8 months total, ~4 months construction), we simply cannot imagine how it could have turned out better, and we can't imagine a better contractor to have worked with than DGK. DGK is a family business, and we were drawn to Dmitri (the patriarch and owner) and his daughter Lilliana the first time they met with us in our old kitchen. They were gracious and genuine, they really listened to us, and it was clear as Dmitri looked at the layout and structure of our home that he had significant experience and wise insights into what we could and couldn't do. They were not pushy or impatient, and their approach was very customer-first. These initial impressions were spot on and exemplified the way that every single person on the DGK team approached the project every day they were here. Jacob (Dmitri's son) was our GC and was fantastic to work with, as was Alex, the carpenter. With a big kitchen remodel, there are MANY details to work through during the process, and we cared about those details and were very involved in almost all of them. We developed an excellent rapport with Jacob and Alex and the rest of the team, which not only ensured that all of the little things were done right, but it actually made the process fun. If patience is a virtue, these guys are saints, and their craftsmanship and work product is A+. We knew that with a project this big, selecting a good contractor was important. But looking back, we think about all the ways that selecting a contractor who did *not* put the customer first, or who did *not* communicate well, or who cut corners, or who wasn't straightforward, etc. could have led to a nightmare of a project. Instead, every time we walk into our new kitchen, not only are we thrilled with the result, but we have nothing but fond memories about the process and about our good friends at DGK.
