I am so impressed with Flores and Associates. They are very attentive to making sure their customers are taken care of. Most recently, Christie made sure that my call was handled and expedited so that i was completely satisfied. Great job Christie and Flores!!!

Having been working in the financial services industry for more than 30 years and taking advantage of medical reimbursement plans for more than 20 years I have to say that Flores is the best I have ever seen. They're quick to answer the phone, very nice to converse with, and seem to go the extra mile. Past providers would reject claims instead of looking closely at the claim to see if it qualified. In the almost 2 years my company has worked with Flores I have not had one claim rejected (because they actually look at the claim and do the legwork to see it's legitimate vs having a default "no" like most companies). I've been so impressed that I let my head of HR know how great they are and am taking the time to write this review! So if you're the decision maker for who to go with for your medical reimbursement program I would highly recommend Flores & Associates!
