        Thanks to Juan Gomez of Rivus Construction, as our custom home builder, for your expertise, incredible-detail skill, project management, army of subject matter experts, accommodating my endless picky requests for specialized products/local suppliers AND BRINGING ALL OF THIS TO LIFE! You told us from the very beginning that it would be 16 months as a result of the pandemic and unpredictable supply chain so only one extra month to get EVERYTHING just right and staged photos/videos for your portfolio/marketing was just fine! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUAN GOMEZ!
