Nate picked up the phone almost immediately and helped me troubleshoot issues with my laptop. I ended up realizing I was still under warranty and getting help that way but Nate was still a big help and very kind!

I called Nate today, not knowing exactly what I needed help with my Chromebook. Nate knew exactly what
the problem was and was able to walk the problem with me over the phone.! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly - not to mention he saved me time & money. I would highly recommend him and he sells computers also - very convenient. Thanks again, Nate !

My Lenovo laptop was in a computer bag that fell off a table onto a hard surface. It must have landed directly on the corner of the laptop where the power button is located. The metal dented in such a way that the power button was stuck; I couldn't turn the computer on. I googled computer repair companies in Charlotte and read through review on Nate's Computer Repair. I gave it a shot and called. Nate picked up and talked through the issue with me. I was able to drop off the laptop within the hour, and he had it fixed and back to me in about 6 hours! Incredible. I am fortunate that nothing else was affected-- the touchscreen, keyboard, etc.-- but am confident that he would have identified and repaired any other issues.
I didn't ask him to expedite the service, he just got to to work almost immediately. I am so appreciative. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and came up with a solution at a price point that was more than reasonable. The process is much less formal than big box stores, which you have to be okay with. I'm glad i was. Thank you, Nate!
