I have been talking to Divaris for months about a location. I wanted to open up my hemp shop in one of there locations in winston salem. Harris teeter shopping center. I get connected with Charles Neil. I have never wrote a review on a realty company before ever. He was very slow in responding which i was ok with because maybe hes busy. We finally get to an agreement on leasing and he knows im qualified for paying a measly $1500 a month but still continued to ask me questions of my financials. I gave him everything he wanted to see. He tells me hes going to get a lease ready. I wait for weeks. I send emails and no return. I keep sending emails and no return. And i realize he doesnt want to deal with me. Instead of telling me sorry i didnt get the place for some reason he continues to ignore me. This is unprofessional. I own multiple shops. And ive never felt so much lack of care for their clients or disrespect by ignoring.
