Need to train your staff properly, I had a return and the girl didnt know how to do it because it was online . She said the manager would be here at 12 . Its 12:06 and the manager is still not here . Now Im staying here waiting on the manager so I can make a return .

Bad customer service,no enthusiasm from the employees what so ever, no one greeted me when I came in, the back of the store was just a mess, as someone who works in retail, I was not happy to see that most of the items were not sized properly. I even ask the girl if I can use a fitting room and she was very dry and rude. The fitting room was very dark, so it was hard to see what I was trying on. No one asked if I was finding everything okay, when I had spent 20 mins circling around the store to find a dress just to find out they didnt have my size. I dont care if ur busy, at least check up on ur customers and perform customer service its a small store.
