Received very poor customer service making a return at this location. Ive shopped here for years and usually find the store has good customer service and selection. Disappointed with how poorly I was treated when making a simple return with receipts and within their return period.

Unhelpful store manager. I received a mislabeled garment, the store manager sent me back into line for return while she was surfing her phone right in front of me. Wouldnt order to store or go back there again.

I love Abercrombie, the only complaint is they are always sold out if their denim. Like. can you figure out how to restock in a reasonable amount of time?! One of the only places I can find jeans that fit my petite frame. I wear size 23 short. Also I will say their prices are getting pretty ridiculous. Up there with high end brands. I mean, I really dont think some of their tanks & bodysuits justify $50-$60 price tags.
