I had to give a one star because Google wont let you give less than that. Very unprofessional!! She did not respond to calls and messages once you have paid upwards of $2000 for a dress! The dress was poorly made once received. The beading had to be re-sewn by another alteration shop.

What I wanted vs. what I received.dress was full of hot glue, poor threading, hanging beads. Very thin fabric, as the dress tore within the first 5min of receiving it. Was refunded 75% of money & dress was reposted on website for sale to be sold to someone else. Good luck

Unprofessional as in extremely unprofessional. I called her, even left a text she never responded then i called again just to be sure as i was thinking she might be busy and may not have seen them or may have not had time to call back. Yes, she said she was very busy when i finally got hope of her and that she has seen my text and request, and would give me response per my request. Its a month today and i have nothing. That is no buisness etiquette.

Needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed because it was too long and Moor fixed it to make the perfect fit. Only took a few days and the price was the best deal compared to other tailors around Charlotte. I would definitely recommend.
