Return policy is terrible. Bought something online and they wouldnt accept it in store. They sent us back and forth between online and in store and by the time we could get it figured out they told us it was past the 30 days and wouldnt accept it even for store credit.

Went there earlier today and the entire staff was incredibly rude. Dismissive and didnt respond to questions. Try another Gap.

I love the Gap. I grew up wearing Gap when Gap was trending hard in the 80s. Not so much these days with my daughter's generation but we've had a good find or two on occasion. What I don't appreciate is the service and shopping conditions these days, especially at South Park Mall - they evidently scrape the bottom of the barrel on retail clerks there. We visited today and 1. the store is a complete mess once you walk beyond the registers. There were even dirty tissues in one of only two available dressing rooms bc the other 3 are closed due to "leaks"? And 1 locked, reserved exclusively for disabled/baby stroller only use. 2. A drawer to some cabinet was leaning against a clothing rack, completely unattended and there for no apparent reason than seemed like a good place to lean a drawer - lazy...! 3. Clearance rack a complete disaster with clothing laying all over the floors. 4. Speaking of lazy, the one heavily disheveled store clerk, Andres, could have cared less and claimed he was the manager when asked about the dressing room situation since a line was forming and he wouldn't agree to let any of us use the disabled/stroller dressing room even though not a single disabled or stroller person was in the store. He wasn't rude just indifferent although when asked, he claimed to be the store manager and I will say, this cat looked like he just crawled outta bed or up from the gaming console and a very large bag of chips! No dress or presentation standards at this store, at all! He was preoccupied with folding jeans in the men's section while the rest of store looked like a war zone. He also stared me down as I complained about the dressing rooms as if his punk behavior presented any sort of real threat - b, please! We did not make a purchase tonight and I'm sure if Gap corporate knew the reason was in large part due to the service and the condition of the store - both off putting, they'd reconsider their Andres hire or any other lazy sort like him, who claims to be a manager of a disaster area without shame.

Had a terrible experience in this store! I was shopping on the GapKids side of the store and found items in the clearance section. There were huge signs above the clearance racks on both the little girls and little boys side that said "take an extra 40% off markdown price". When I get to the register, the cashier and Assistant Manager Jasmine refused to honor the 40% off markdown percentage and I was told "its now 20% off the markdown price, not 40%". When asked why the signs say 40% off, she said they are in the middle of floorset and this has been happening all day but the signs are correct on the other side of the store. She had a smug attitude the entire time and absolutely REFUSED to honor the sign that was clearly displayed. I won't step foot in this store again!
